Job description

Sinclair Restaurant (Hotel Saint Sulpice) located in Old Montreal, is currently looking for a barman / barmaid part-time!

  • As part of our team, you will perform the following tasks:
  • Welcome clients
  • Service the meal according to the standards in place
  • Perform set-up and the necessary preparations before his shift
  • Maintain work areas clean
  • Respond to room service calls
  • Responsible for the well-being of the customer

REQUIREMENT

  • Completion of general secondary studies (DES) or equivalent completed.
  • Training in restaurant or hotel will be a great asset.
  • Minimum 4 years of restaurant experience in gastronomy and hotel.
  • Good Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
  • Experience with Master System D’
  • Excellent communication in both official languages.
  • Professionalism and punctuality
  • Availability to work day, evening, weekend and shift - schedules
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Responsible, good organizational skills, controls and initiative
  • Follow-up service structure (Hierarchy)
