Job description

Sinclair Restaurant (Hotel Saint Sulpice) located in Old Montreal, is currently seeking a full-time garde manger!

Vacant positions: 1

As part of our team, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Apply quality standards, hygiene, health and safety procedures as established by the Sinclair.
  • Demonstrate creativity, rigor and consistency
  • Knowledge of hot and cold appetizers
  • Ensure the quality of served ingredients and dishes.
  • Fill and ensure stock rotation of raw materials.
  • Any task assigned by the administration of Restaurant Sinclair.


  • Completion of general or vocational secondary studies (DES / DEP) or equivalent
  • Years of experience related to employment: 4 Years of experience in gastronomy
  • Bilingual English / French mandatory
  • Mastery of sauces manufacturing techniques, appetizers and desserts
  • Capable of ensuring production
  • Ability to carry out his superior guidance
  • Job status: permanent
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Salary offered: to be discussed
  • Number of hours per week: 40h
  • Day, evening, weekend
